development Server Key request

Hi Expert,

I am from chennel partner company. I have two server one is for development (Test Server) and second is Production server. I want to request for license key Development Server then Should I mention somewhere that  this request is for development server because I pay the only for Production server and Development server is free of cost.

Yes, the Development licenses are free of cost but its only valid for 15 days from the time you request

But my development server is working from last one year without any problem. I do not know how it is installed because i join the company later so I want to know that if I format my development server and then how can I request for new license key for this server. I have checked that development server and test server hardware key is different but Installation Number is same. Can you give me detail on this topic.
