Infopackge Extraction

Hi All,

I am investigating a long running extraction from ECC. In the Details tab when the loading monitored, The time between the Confirmed with: OK and when Data request received is more than 20 minutes. Upon checking in ECC, the generated job ran for only 5 seconds.

Does anyone knows what heppens in between these two steps? Where should i look?
