Categorization - service order template details not copied into order

Hi all,

I have setup a service order template and have assigned the template to the category within the multi level categorization.

Whenever I select the category that has the service order template assigned nothing happens whereas I expected the service order template (item) details to be copied into service order.

Any idea why the service order template items are not being copied into the service order?

I have setup the copy control correctly as I can manually select the template and copy the items.

Hi John,

Please check the below settings.

Service order template should be release state & should be added to category.

For service order,autocomplete should be enabled once you select the same category.If you click on this,then all the items and revelant data from your order template will copy to service order.
