BO4 - Crytsal connection error

Trying to run some crytsal reports.

Can run fin eon my cleint PC but when try run via Infoview ger message below.

We have set up separate SIA to run these under a user who has a user environment variable for the ORACLE_HOME and Path which point toi the 32-bit oracle home.

The Crytsal services and connection server all exist as servers running under this node.

Any ideas?

Tried putting the oracle64-bit client in the path as well and this gets past this error but get following error

    Hi Philip,

Can you provide more details about your environment:

    • Did you create a separate SIA or do you have a separate physical server?
      • If you have more than one physical server, you should configure Server Groups (CMC -> Servers) and assign those specific reports to use the server configured with the 32-bit drivers, instead of first available.

From the error message it looks like it's trying to access the 64-bit libraries.

Is the report connecting to a universe or is it connecting directly to Oracle tables.
