Alert Inbox Grey Status

Hi,

I configured EWM Inbound Delivery/Outbound Order Delivery Key Figures in Business Process Monitoring.When i look it up in alert inbox it shows a last run date with a grey status.I referred the trouble shooting document it did not help in resolving the issue.

Has anyone else faced the issue of grey status??I am trying to configure the same at logical component level for Business Process Analytic's but not able to.

Hi Keiji,

I was thinking one possible reason is if there is a TIME OUT occuring in the system which is being moniored.I have raised a message with SAP.Will keep u informed on the response i recieve.

I recommend you to create sap customer message(OSS) under the component SV-SMG-MON-BPM since the behavior is strange.
