Hierarchy Extraction Error (RSA3)

hi,

when i am trying to extract EC - Consolidate group hierarchy (0CS_GROUP_CSCG_HIER) using RSA3 transactions, I am getting the following message

"error occured during extraction"..

In display log it shows "problem class very important"..

please help

Hi,

Did you make an entry for HIENM field in RSA3. You need to enter some selection criteria.

Try to debug this and tell me the exact point where you are getting error?could you eloborate it...
