Hierarchy Extraction Error (RSA3)

hi,

when i am trying to extract EC - Consolidate group hierarchy (0CS_GROUP_CSCG_HIER) using RSA3 transactions, I am getting the following message

"error occured during extraction"..

In display log it shows "problem class very important"..

please help
