C4C: PDI - OWL / List on Customer Overview tab.

Dear Experts,

I've a requirement, which I'm stuck with.

I'm trying to show the ticket list of a particular customer on the customer overview tab.

The approach I'm trying is - Create a new OWL, and use a query to populate the list with the customer's tickets. But I'm not sure how to bind the values of the query with the list so that they are displayed on the list.

I've added the OWL using the Add Items of the Solution Explorer. As of now, I'm using the ServiceRequest BO and the same as the result list.

Any Help / Guidance is much appreciated.

Hi,

Can you make sure that Result List contains the AdvanceListPane related Datalist so that it shows the result there. I am attaching the snapshot for your reference. Here Root/ServiceRequest is Datalist which i have binded with screen's Advance List Pane.

And Data Model level binding should be:

It is a working solution in our tenant. Please check with it.
