CRM TREX free text search does not hit badi CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK

on a CRM 7.0 EhP1 Implemented the free text search per blog

but the security check doesn't hit badi CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK which is producing the wrong results in searches against transactions, as we use a custom auth object instead of object CRM_ORD_PR, is any other badi available?
