Additional zeros for key figure in BEx Analyzer

Hello,

when our users execute a query or a workbook, sometimes some keyfigure get 3 extra zeros at the end of value.

e.g. the quantitiy is 394553 in the cube, but in BEx Analyzer the key figure shows 394553000.

The strange thing is: this problem occurs at random.
It occurs for different users, differnent queries, different keyfigure at different time. Sometimes a workbook/query is correct, the next time it is wrong.

We couldn't reproduce this problem, so it's hard to find a solution, and hard to predict when and where it happens next.

Any ideas?

Hi Kathi,

Please check whether the following points helps you:

"1)Open the affected query and click on "Query Properties" button.

2)On "Display" tab, check the option  "Display scaling factors for key figures". Click "OK" and Save the query.
