E Separtion - Feature area key 99AKD and error Not able to determine "Manager" or "HR Person

Hi Experts

We are facing issues in E-separation ,  any one please help me for creation of area key in feature 99 AKD ? . Requirements is to assign personal area to area key but it is giving error as "Field value nodes must have dependent nodes"  .

Also ,

while raising request for Separation , error "Request not created. Not able to determine "Manager" or "HR Person".

We have maintained table as mention below :

V_T77WWW_EAREL

V_T77WWW_EAALC

V_T77WWW_EASTT

Hello Vishwas,

The relationship for the HR Person needs to be maintained which would be missing. The HR person needs to be associated to the organizational unit via the relationship A 095(HR Point of contact).Once that relationship is maintained the error will not appear. please maintain it through PP01

transaction. Position to org unit relationship.

If this does not help then in the table  V_T77WWW_EAREL for employee to HR role and Employee to RM use Assignment type as US Fixed user in both the entries, If this works.

there might be some problem with org. assignment.

I have maintained the fixed user for supervisor and HR , its working fine but workflow "WS77900165" is not triggered ( workflows are activated  and assigned in maintain approval configuration )and also am not sure in mailing configuration step where which standard mail content and attachement funciton module should be used  .

Hi,

1. 1.99AKD In this Feature, the Area Key is mapped to the enterprise structure.

In XYZ context, the feature was based on the decision parameters Country Grouping, Company Code, Personnel Area,  Employee Subgroup.

1. You have to maintain Relationship  A095 and also reporting manager.

In feature 99AKD ,  I have mapped personal area to area key and for other personal area i have set an error but I am surprised that employee belongs to other personal area also can raise separation request and there is no effect of this feature . Please suggest .
