foreign trade data incomplete for item & - vf01 vf02

Hi,

I am facing an issue where I am getting the above foreign trade data incomplete for item & error. My requirement is that whenever the foreign trade data is missing , it should come as a error(red) not only success message(green). Currently it is coming as a green success message.

I have maintained the tcode vi29

i have also maintained the tcode vi49 as

Please recommend how can i implement it.

Hi Minal ,

May i know in which document you are getting this error? Billing Document?

Please check whether the document you use is of Export process.

In the Billing Document, header, you can find the field "Export". Check the value in it.

Hi Minal ,

We could not see the screen shot of VI49. Show the screen sot of the error message too.

Make sure you have entry for the "shipping country" in VI49 and assign the incompletion procedure to it. Set the error message in the control data too.

            you can double click on the origin field and maintain Feild control as---2 Field ready for input - Incompletion check active

or

3 Required field - Incompletion check active

It is already ,maintained 3 as shown in screenshot attached in previous post.
