Excel download of Table data in WebUI

Hi All,

  I have a Search result table with list of entries in it. Requirement is, a field in the table should display only first few characters of it in table and when we click on Excel button at right top of table to extract table records to excel we should get complete characters of that field. I tried to capture event and code accordingly but 'Excel Download' button triggers no event. Any idea/clue on this issues will be very much helpful

What about adding a second column which is inly relevant for your Excel-Export and containing the right values?
