Hello,
does anybody know why SAP is not maintainig PDK aligned with service packs? Lates PDK version is one year old (PDK for SP9) but we are now almost to NW04 SP13.
PDK is a valuable bundle of swiss knife tools and documents which well completes and extends what netweaver developer studio provides. A must have in development boxes.
But... so far PDK 6.0 SP9 contains obsolete documentation for current stack version.
Do I have to read this as a "not longer supported" or is there any other reason I am not aware of?
Thanks
Hi Vitaliano,
What makes you think that PDK for SP9 is obsolete for SP12? htmlb & webdynpro haven't changed from SP9 to SP12. Some of the underlying code and api has changeed but for a developer everything is same in terms of coding. This is the reason why there has not been any work on PDK. You can get the latest api documentation from javadocs from SDN.
