Interface with other system

Hi Experts

I want the standard SAP functionality to following custom module case.

A fault is recorded in another system is transferred to intermediate system ABC (name changed ) this ABC system creates the notification in SAP system.

It is totally depends on which third party system you are using. There are many BAPI, PI adapter available to connect SAP with third party tool.
