Hi friends:
I have a couple of questions for the benefits configuration:
1) If the plan definition should allow the employee to select different % to deduct depending on the wage types; ie regular wages, comission wages, bonus wages, etc, is it possible to achieve that in SAP with only one plan? As far as I know SAP only defferenciate regular payrolls and bonus off cycle for differents % to deduct.
2) This question is related to the previous one; if the payment of anual bonus is performed in regular (through 0015) or off cycle, is it possible to have the same % in both cases, in the event that the employee had selected different % for the regular deductions?
