Paid Absence: 50% payment after 6 months of return from long leave

Hi,

I need to configure Sabbatical Post Natal Care (PNC) with the following logic

1. Employee is eligible for payment of 50% of gross salary for the period of absence but the amount is not paid in the same month. i.e. No payment to employee during period of absence (the PNC absence period is generally 2-3 months)

2. The total accumulated amount for 2-3 months absence period is to be paid only after 6 months from the date of joining back.

3. All the components of regular salary to be paid including HRA, PF and other statutory components (The amount should not be paid as a single wage type)

4. In case of a change in salary, amount should be paid based on employee's salary during period of absence (50% of that)

Please suggest the best way to handle this.
