how to close pop up window in module pool

Hi..  my requirement is when i click on button then pop up window should be generated in module pool pgm. that is working fine.   after displaying pop up window  when i click on close mark that is not working fine.  i.e pop up window is not closing when i click on close mark.   please any one give me solution.  regards karthik

You need to define the screen type as Modal screen and next screen should be blank.

Let me know if this does not solve the problem.

You have to manage the Cancel function code in PAI of the modal dialog dynpro.
