How to fetch the table data for internal and external comments of FSE in notification

Dear Gurus

my requirement is , they want to add the internal and external comments of Field service engineer ( FSE ) in one of the Screens of report.

i have highligted in blue where , if i use F1 there is no table or Field .

can any one please help me where to get the logic of internal and external comments of FSE from the Notification ( iw53) , Task and Activities Tab.

Try FM READ_TEXT.

This link is with reference to FI document line item. But the same FM can be used for other long text as well. Search in google with the above mentioned FM.
