We need a report wherein we want to give the rating to a customer based on sales volume,payment record,goods return history. Rating should be like A:Excellent, B:Good, C:Average.
we have two options to Rate the customers 1.ABC class in customer master-sales tab
2.Using customer classification---create a charateristics in CT04 and assign the charateristics in Class-CL01---then assign the class to the Customer number.
