source system replication -problem . LIS

Hi,

i am extracting data from LIS using 0sd_co3 and 2LIS_01_S216 DATA source.After replicating source system ,when assign info source to data source then data source ie 2LIS_01_S216 is missing.

Can any one suggest why it is happening and how to solve ?.
