Display Page Header in 2 Page

Dear Friends ,

I am using cross tab report , designed in page setup A4  landscape, I am getting 2 page of data's , everything is working fine , while i am taking print out ,

our company name and title is not displaying in 2nd Page,i placed company name and title in Page Header section only . up to country India i am getting print out in 1 st page and Total getting print out in 2nd Page . Please check my image file for better clarification .

Hi Manikandan,

Right-click the object in the Page Header > Format Field > Common tab > check "Repeat on Horizontal Pages".

hi Abilesh,

                 Thanks for your quick reply. i placed page N of M in page footer, in second page also showing same page 1. but i need to display page 2. is it possible to show page number?

Hi,

Here's what you need to do:

1) Create a formula;

whilereadingrecords; 
""

2) Create a group on this formula.

If the report already contains groups, move this formula to the top of the grouping list. It won't affect the other groups or records in any way.

3) Move the Cross-tab from the Report Header to the Group Header1 and suppress Group Footer1

4) Add the Page Number field to the Page Footer

Hi Venu,

Try to use 'Horizantal Page number' special filed instead of Page n of m.

If you wish to show Page Numbers on the Horizontal Page Number then follow Naga's suggestion.

If you wish to show Page Number on normal pages, then follow my suggestion.
