Configuration of the new product

Dear Experts I seek your guidance in one of the scenario that has emerged :- Scenario:- Material in Focus :- Molten Steel Material Type :- HALB The customer wants to buy the Semi FInished product Molten Steel Instead of the Cast Steel (FERT) . This can be easily done under the existing configuration. But the customer desires that the existing molten metal be purified further (treated additionally with chemicals in the ratio 1kg: 1000Kg Molten Metal ) in order to remove the impurity. This is done for a period of one hour in a Machine (1 Hr Machine Time ) with 2 workers (2 Hours of Labor Time). Proposed solution :- Created a new FERT material for Molten steel . Molten steel ( HALB) and chemical ROH at level one with quantities 1000kg and 1kg I ve created a new FERT material for Molten steel .

    Hi Aman,

The process you have mentioned is fine, but instead of creating the purified molten metal as HALB because it will be again used for manufacturing FERT (Cast steel) as per my understanding.
