ATP overview screen

Hi Everybody,

Can anybody throw a light on possible way of controlling ATP Result Overview dialog box, while doing ATP check in sales order with APO, which normally is shown by system in case of shortages.

We want to show the box in case of shortages, but need to control the screen to appear in case of RBATP scenario.

any help will be really appreciated.

It is In ECC Customization,

SPRO->S&D -> Basic Functions ->AVC & Transfer of Req's ->Availability Check -> Define Default Settings

Can you be bit clear on the screen ? Do you want to suppress the dialog box during RBATP ? Is this what you want ?

Hi Babu,

Let me explain what exactly i want here;

In ECC config i can control if a ATP overview screen to be shown automatically in case of shortages in the supply or the requested delivery date is not met.

In case of RBATP if the requirement is not met from the entered location or product, system consider it as shortage and shows ATP overview screen while creating the sales order.

What we want is that if we are able to fulfill requested quantity from any one or combination of entered location/product or location/product substitution, then in that case ATP overview screen should not be shown unless called for manually in sales order.

Please let me know, if you are aware of anything which can be used for this requirement.

Hi Sourabh,

I guess, this can still be achieved by influencing a structure field ss_atpglobpar-azerg of the FM /SAPAPO/AVAIL_CHECK_CONTROLLER. I guess, blanking out this field would help you. Try that out and let me know.

Hi Sourabh,

I guess, you need to implement an implicit enhancement to achieve this. Try to find out an enhancement spot in the above mentioned FM and implement the code.

We tried finding enhancement spot for implementing implicit enhancement, but with no success.

Please share if you have any further information on this.
