my client have requirement like ,
for jan -2013 to dec-2013 we can create budget for each and every department.
and if that department will create PR then system needs to check available budget for there department if it is avail then system will allow to create PR or else system needs to give error message as budget exceeded.
and after each PR system needs to update the budget value and compare with original and remain budget.
Is it possible...?
