SAP workflow Substitutes is getting deleted Automatically But showing the ID's deleted the Record dont know alsohow to Delete such record

Hi Experts,

We are facing a very strange issue for the last 4 months...People usually assign Workflow Substitutes in case his/her absence somebody can approve on behalf.

User's do such settings. But in our case for few users this substitutes assignment is getting deleted frequently. It is happening with many of the users in a AP Team. After analysis the log we came to know system is showing some ID's who have deleted such records. But we have tested apparently if somebody does not have access to somebody's SAP Inbox ,none can delete such substitutes records.

But still such things happening. When inquiring with the user we got to know s/he does not even know how to do that. But one thing is noticeable whatever ID's system showing all are from the same Team.

We are really clueless on this thing. Can anybody gives some guidance on this?

thanking you!

Regards

    HI,

I think somebody has authorization of rmps_set_substitute transaction. From there you can set or delete substitute . Just check it.
