Check the release independent note 198424 on CP852-Routing is Inconsistent.

After you have inserted new operations in the routing, the system generates message CP852 during the consistency check:
'Error occurred when checking type $ group $'
In the check log, the more precise message CP525 is displayed:
'Operation: date &: operation number not unique'
In the operation overview, all displayed operation numbers are unique.

    Additional key words

    CA01, CA02

    Cause and prerequisites

When accessing the routing maintenance, you must specify a key date 1. The system only displays operations which are valid for this key date. If an operation with a certain operation number was inserted at a later key date 2, the system does not display it. Now, if you create an operation for key date 1 with the same operation number, it is also valid after key date 2. As a result, there will be a double operation number which is found by the check.

The field 'Key date' (RC271-STTAG) is predefined with the date entered last. If you call the transaction with different key dates you must ensure that the key date is always entered correctly.
In particular, when loading routing data by batch input, the field 'Key date' should always be filled explicitly, for example with SY-DATUM.

    Please check:

    1. Sampling unit of the MICs assigned in the operations

    2. Sampling procedure & inspection methods

    3. If MIC is maintained
