IDES (4.7 R/3 E.E. 200) & Add-on ???

Hi All,

is it possible to install an IS-T (RM-CA - Telecomunications) Add-On to an IDES System?

I am asking because i am sure i can install Patches and Support Package to an IDES System but i dunno about Add-on and IDES.

Someone can tell me?
