MRP Sholud consider alternate item stock

61 Views

Dear Experts,

I have a finished product say ' A ' , that can be made from interchangeable raw material 'A1' , 'A2' , 'A3'.

The BOM of A is A1, A2, A3. with 1 qty each.

In alternate item group I am defining

A1 as AlternateGroup=A

Priority=1

Strategy=1

Usage Probability=60

A2 as AlternateGroup=A

Priority=1

Strategy=1

Usage Probability=30

A3 as AlternateGroup=A

Priority=1

Strategy=1

Usage Probability=10

I have a stock for ' A2 =100 '. and ' A3 = 10 '.

The demand for ' A ' is 1000.

Expected Result : When I run MRP I should get PR for ' A1 = 600 ' , ' A2 = 200 ' , ' A3 = 90 '.

but the system is not considering the stock of A2 and A3 it is giving the result as A1=600 , A2=300 , A3=100.

Please Help me to get the expected result.

Regards

Zonee.
