Available stock in MD04

Hi Friends,

We have 1 material which is having stock of 3825 qty. But all the stock is in qulaity inspection.

We don't want to include quality in stock in available stock.

As per my understanding I need to do changed in availability check & checking rule combination in OMJJ.

But I see there are 9 checking rule for the said availability check. Do I need to untick quality inspection stock for all the checking rules under availability check.

Hi Kiran,

     If the availability check is at production order level you have to uncheck the quality stock in the scope of check for the combination between the rule maintained for that order type in OPJK and the checking group maintained in the material master.

      If the availability check is at MRP level you have to uncheck the quality stock in the scope of check for the combination between the rule maintained in the MRP group (OPPR) assigned to the material master and the checking group maintained in the material master.

Hi,

Under Availability Check Control in SPRO (OPJJ) uncheck "include quality insp. stock."

This you have to do for the checking rule which you have assigned to your order types like PP.

Hi,

In MD04 screen, goto Environment> Navigation profile > Assign selection rule SAP00002.

Now system will not consider quality stock in MD04 screen. Or you can create own profile in SPRO.
