Proration of the WT

Hello,

I need to prorate the WTs in the IT 0014 based on working days of the month.

Formula

Proration allowance = base pay/total working days * actual working days.

example

1. New hire joined on 06/05/2012  and he is eligible for car allowance  MYR 2000.

total working days in june is =  26 days

Actual working days from 06/05/2012 to 06/30/2012 = 20 days.

Proration of car allowance = 2000 / 26 * 20 =MYR 1538.46

Please let me know on this.

Hi,

Calculation of no of paid days can happen in timemgt using custome PCR.

As per your example if car allowance is fixed then maintain this value in constant table and pass value using custom pcr to wagetype in ZL table.

Do u have positive time to bring no of days worked or else do u enter no of days worked by the employee in 2010  please do let us know u have to go with the PCR  * **** ADDWT * XXXX   (proration allowance) AMT=  XXXX  (basic Pay) AMT/TASOLL since u have asked for 26 days TASOLL otherwise TKSOLL AMT* XXXX   (this shd contain the on of days employee actually present) ADDWT *
