Help Questions???

Hi all! i have a few questions.

- I wanna know if i can do a logon screen in a webdynpro application, that passes the user and password to the JCo connection?, i mean that i want to establish the JCo connection dinamically, depends on user.

- As a part of this question, i wanna know if exists

some BAPI that returns the employee number based on

the SAP user.

- My other question is about dinamic creation of columns in a table, i wanna know how to do that, if there is some tutorial or some weblog that explains me that.
