Dynamic header in Bex( with query designer)

Hi,

We have a report with “from” and “to” dates in selection dates screen for user input.

In this report we wanted to display data for next three weeks and three months

i.e if you selects 03/09/2012 and 10/09/2012 ,

we have to see

W37

W38

W39

SEP

OCT

NOV

But I see

W46

W47

W48

NOV

DEC

JAN

I have no problem with values…only problem is header.

How do I make header label change dynamically?

Please help.

Santosh.

Go into the selection where you want this to be and click on the selection detail that applies to the time.

Next to Description, there is a box for "Entry of New Variables". Click the box to "Select Values for the Text Variable".

Find the value you want and double click on it.  In the description for the selection, you will see &value&.  When you execute the query, you will see the value in the header.
