BI Mobile 4.3 on SP05 internal server error MOB0083

I have upgraded our server to BO 4.0 SP05 and can connect to the server via the Mobile app but when I try and view one of the reports or created a new report and view that I get the following error.

An internal server error occurred while processing the client request. (MOB0083)

Details: com.bo.mobi.model.StyleDefinition.setlmageUrlLink(Ljava/lang/String;)V

Can anyone help with this error and advise how I can get the reports working again but on SP05

Thanks,

Dave

    Hi David,

This happens because your WebApp at runtime is not able to uniquely resolve a classfile to a jar. (In short same jar appears at 2 places).

To fix this delete the whole MobileBIService folder and start Tomcat again. This recreates the MobileBIService and all files associated with this.

    Hello Deva,

BIMobileServices might be corrupted while upgrading the server. Please verify whether BiMobileServices war file deployed properly or not.
