PO number not updated in SRM

Dear experts,

We are in SRM7 ECC6 ehp4, implementing SSP, created a SC after approval PO created with Held status in ECC using "PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1" but PO number not updated in SRM under related documents.

i could not see any update coming from ECC to SRM once PO is created in Held status, even after changing PO and Ordered still there is no update to SRM.

Am i missing some thing in ECC side, please suggest.

Hi,

Did you check ECC whether the PO is replicated to ECC or not ? Also, have you set up the background jobs BBP-GET_STATUS2 & Clean_reqreq_up?

Hi Krish,

PO created in ECC in Held status, i ran the BBP-GET_STATUS2 & Clean_reqreq_up but get status2 job failed with error "On the basis of the data, no changes possible"

Since we are in SRM7 ECC6 Ehp4 and activated ESOA i assume an XML should from send  ECC, but there is message.

Hi Raghu,

Please check 1676004 - ECC Purchase Order is not updated in the history of the SRM documents it refer to the issue which you are referring to.

we already made the settings as per the suggested notes, but still no XMl sent to SRM for updating the PO details.

Just a quick question, What status you are seeing of Shopping cart in BBP_PD is active? I1111 or I1112?

Hi Ritesh,

Status is showing as I1111 only.., i observed PO created in ECC in Held status, when i check it has some errors in the header and changed the and removed errors and ordered but still there is no XML sent to SRM.
