    Have you defined your item type for uwl.task.webflow.decision.TS20000131 and how does it look?

      Please find my item type definition.

      <!-- Approve Travel Request -->

      <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.decision.TS20000131" connector="WebFlowConnector"

      <ItemTypeCriteria externalType="TS20000131" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>

      <CustomAttributeSource id="WEBFLOW_CONTAINER" objectIdHolder="externalId" objectType="WebflowContainer" cacheValidity="final">

      <Attribute name="TripNumber" displayName="Trip Number"/>

      <Attribute name="EmployeeNumber" displayName="Employee Number"/>

      <Action reference="addMemo"/>
