    Hi Jitender

Try uninstalling or removing the Copy Express Add on before upgrading. You can always add it again after the upgrade.

    Hi,

PL01 was a beta version: first official install is PL04.

    What I would do is:

    • Backup my databases (if any is-are usefull),
    • Uninstall totally SBO (don't forget to delete SBO-COMMON, since SARI table is in, and to delete all SAP folders),
    • Install the official PL04,
    • Update to PL08 (with no upgrade of DBs),
    • Upgrade the saved DBs.

    Should be good so.

    Regards,

    Eric

    Hi Experts,

Yesterday when I was upgrading the SAP it gives me error message and ask for restore the common database. But I forgot it and return to finish without restore. Can I restore it manually? I have the upgrade backup file which it create at the time of upgrading.

    Thanks

      Hi,

No. Hardware key is dependant of the harware (CPU, RAM, etc.) and computer's name: not SBO installation.

You save your licence file (you can find it in the licence service folder), uninstall everything drop SAP directory and SBO-COMMON (there are some other places to clean, but they won't impact your installation) and do a fresh neww install with PL04.

      Regards,

      Eric
