Mail and perodic budgeting in internal order

Dear Experts,

I have configured internal order planning,budgeting and availability control.

and same is working fine.

but

1) Mail is not flowing to budget manager in case actual exceeded to budgeted .system is throwing error msg.

I have done.

Tolence limit set for 2 Warning with MAIL to person responsible if 80% usuage

and mantain budget manager for the id i have longin against order type/conteolling area and object class.

anything i missed out ? becoz mail is not flowing in sbwp-SAP inbox

and 2)

need to budget peroidic instead of annaully but i will not get perodic option in KO22 tcode .

there i m getting year .if you double click peroid option is not coming.

how to do peroidic budgeting?

Hi,

First you can check in your budget profile activation type is maintained or not under availability control(OKOB).

Also check in budget manager configuration and order type configuration. Object class assignment is mandatory for both cases.

Hi Sonu,

Object Class maintained in the Order type and Maintain Budget Manager should be same, and User name should be in Capital letters.

As you said ..everything is same.

But I have maintained tolerances setting for internal order type for error and mail to budget manager with 100%.

System is giving error message if i m trying to post actual more than budgeted but same time system must flow mail to budget manager as per the setting in spro becoz eror and mail % are same.

is this work.
