2LIS_13_VDITM - Delta load Dump Message

When we attempted to carry out a Delta Load, we get the following error message:

Runtime Error: BCD_BADDATA

Message: 'Packed field contains incorrect BCD format.'

Has anyone faced this problem? If so could you assist i.e. any useful SAP notes or suggestions otherwise.
