When you order an EHP6 SAP ERP 6.0 DVD

When we purchased the SAP All in One two weeks ago, we got delivery from SAP the EHP4 of SAP ERP 6.0. Now we are about to order the EHP6 of SAP ERP 6.0 from Marketplace. I have few questions:

1. When you order the software EHP6 SAP ERP6, will you get all other components like the MaxDB 7.9, SAP Netweaver 7.0 EHP 3 and the SAP ERP 6.0 DVD as well, or you have to identify and order them separately?

As I understand, you need to install the ERP 6 first, then add the installation of EHP6, correct me if I'm wrong.

2. Can you run EHP6 on SAP Netweaver 7.31 ? From SAP Notes attached to EHP6, there's only document about EHP6 on SAP Netweaver 7.03.

3. Is there any shortcut on identifying and downloading all the current versions of required components? We'd like to perform installation in one or two weeks from now, we want to ensure that we have all the required components.

Our server will run on Windows Server 2008 64 bit and we will use SAP MaxDB as the database - we have the SAP MaxDB 7.8, and about to download the version 7.9.

Yes.. When you buy sap product you will get data base CDs and ERP component Cds. As i understand that you want to install ERP6.0 EHP6 you can download them from service market place. To get media list you can navigate to https://service.sap.com/erp-inst > SAP ERP > SAP ERP 6.0 > Instalation > OR from Installation Guides for SAP EHP 6 for SAP ERP 6.0

You can directly install erp6.0 with ehp6. No need to do separate installation

All media list and required components list you can get from installation and media guide . You need download these from SMP and download via sap download manager.
