OPUV and Plan Cost Variant

Hi,

Is it maintaining a Plan Cost variant is a must to determine Planning values for Networks? By default  in OPUV it state "Do not determine plan cost".

If I want to have planning values at Networks, and flow the same to WBS elements and implement the concept of Rem Ord Pln value what are the settings that I have to consider.

Hi Sai,

Maintaining plan cost variant is a must if you need to determine the plan cost in the project. In OPUV, change the setting to "Determine Plan Cost" and try out a simple scenario.

As far as i understand everything should work fine. Try this once and revert.
