Missing stock under Customer Consignment stock in MMBE

Hi All,

Stock 1 EA has been issued to customer consignment stock with the movement type 631 and there is a material document with the combination Material/Plant/Batch/Serial Number, but there is no stock under customer consignment in MMBE with Material/Plant/Batch combination. There is not even any material document as to what happened to the stock from the consignment stock for 632 or 633. There is also no material documents regarding physical inventory as well. Checked in SER03, IQ03, MSKU, MB58, but no trace.

Can you use SE16N and check the table MSKUH. This history table should be able to tell you when you had stock and in which period it changed.

In the stock card report I had actually expected to see some movements, especially as it shows stock at the start date and no stock at the end date.

movements can be archived, so it would be worth to check if there were some activities, do this in transaction SARA for object MM_MATBEL and then clicking administration button. As it is possible to archive material documents year wise it is imaginable that 2014 was archived while 2013 was forgotten to archive.

This movement occured in 2013 and there is no goods movement till now for the combination of material/batch/serial number.

Yes, for the other materials with 631 mvt type, there is stock showing in MMBE under customer consignment.

if it is a real inconsistency then you have to contact SAP for help, SAP Support can logon to your system and can check it.

We would need more details and see some screenshots to evaluate the situation.

When was this movement, just recently or years ago?

Did other (recent) 631 movements (for material of the same material type) create stock?

Can you show a screenshot from MB51 showing this 631 movement and all following movements till today, and the same from S_P00_07000139 transaction plus a screenshot from MMBE (selection screen too) ?
