Link between incident (SMIV) and request for change (SMCR)

Hello Colleagues.

Where I can find in SAP CRM tables link between an incident (SMIV) and next request for change (SMCR standard type). Or how can I find this relationship?

Hallo Artem,

In my case we have the incident transaction type ZLFN and cr transaction type ZDCR in Solution Manager 7.0:

In table SRRELROLES you must enter the GUID of the incident. Then you select the entry with ROLETYPE = VORGEANGER (predecessor). now you use the field RoleID and enter it in field ROLEA in table CRMD_BINREL. Now you enter the field value ROLEB again in table SRRELROLES and you get the GUIDs for the subsequent change request.

I hope this helps you. I hope there are no differences between 7.0 and 7.1 in the database schema for these relations.
