Upgrade Path Question - Crystal XI R2 to ????

I am looking to upgrade my current Crystal Reports application. I am currently using Crystal XI R2. I have several users that create crystal reports on their desktops, and then we package those reports in a .NET application that we created with Visual Studio 2010. The users of the application can view the cyrstal reports, but can not modify or create them. The application is installed on desktops as well as in a Citrix environment. The Citrix environment is running on a Windows 2008 R2 box. Currently, we install a full version of the software on the users desktops that create the reports and then deploy the runtime environment as part of our application install for those who use the reports but don't create them. Our application is .NET 3.5. The server we are deploying to is 64 bit.

Which version should we upgrade to... which type of license would we need… and what install packages will we need to deploy on the server and on the desktops?

On the server side, we currently have Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008 as well as crystalmergemodules and crystalreportsrdcrel2.

After we figure out what version we should move to, I would like to hear about the new features that are part of the upgraded version.
