Hi all,

I'm looking for how to modify the path of FRS by command line on Windows Server 2008 R2.

for example, the path for input and output file store is in default on C: disk.

By commandline, I would like to put it in 😧 disk.

I know how to do on CMC interface.

Can you help me?

Thank you so match.

Hi Mouhsine,

The information which you see in CMC/Infoview is coming directly from the CMS database. Which means that when you are changing the values in CMC, the information is stored in the CMS database.

Since the CMS database cannot be edited directly due to encryption, it is difficult from the command line (cmd) to change this value.

May be there is any VB script which can change this value but I am unaware of one.

Hi Mrinal,

Thank you for your answer.

I know that it's stored in CMS, I would like to be sure that it's impossible before proposing SDK solution...

It was possible in XI3 using regedit but I don't find filestore for BI4 in Regedit...
