APD and workbook as datasource?

Hi BI experts

Can I use a workbook as datasource in an APD process?

I would like to use a workbook which connects to the BW backend (via BEx query) and fills up another target source.

Currently I am using a BEx query for this purpose, but am faced with a few problems when using "Hide or Rename Columns" to sort and rename the column objects.

When NOT using this APD process and using a workbook, the result for an object will look like this, this would be our required result:

Number of Document from FI-CA

Due date for net payment Keyfigure 300400122553 01.01.2012 180

When using the above designed APD process the result will look like this:

Number of Document from FI-CA

Due date for net payment Keyfigure 3.004E+11 20120101 1.80E+02

Do you have an idea if we can get the same result shown in table 1 for table 2 with the APD process?

many thanks
