Webdynpro Personalization Ctrl + Right Click Not working in Portal 7.0

Hi All,

I'm trying to hide and change the text of few Standard Java Webdynpro applications in SAP Portal 7.0 sp20.

When I perform this step in  iview level, Role level or directly in the page, personalization page window is not appearing.(I'm doing this in the preview screen only)

I have all the roles(super Admin) , Permissions in Portal as well as in  back-end.

Please let me know if we need to apply any SAP note or Is there any setting that i need to set.

Hi Ramana,

I assume you are doing it in Content Administration but are you sure it is Java Web Dynpro applications and not Abap Web Dynpro? Please give an example.

Are there any browser errors in bottom left hand corner of your browser window when you ctrl+right click?

Yes I'm doing it in Content Administration and I am sure this is for Java Webdynpro. Leave Request, Benefits and Payment , Personal Information etc.

For Example in Leave Request I need to hide the Show Team Calendar/Hide Team Calendar tab , Hide the Approver field. In Benefits and Payment, Participation Overview I need to Hide the Show Overview/Hide Overview and Change the text of other fields in it.

There are no browser errors when I perform Ctrl + right click.

That is indeed odd and I have never experienced that. Are you using Internet Explorer?

I'm afraid I can't help you - maybe a SAP note is available for you so maybe do a search for that.
