Purchase info records use in ME21N

Hi,

When I have created a Purchase info record in the combination of material, plant and vendor combination. And I have the number of that Purchase info record. Now I want that when i go to ME21N and at item level we have a field of Purcase Info Record, when i enter Purchase Info record number system will automatically pick all the data i have maintained in Purchase Info Record. As it is a unique number with all the data like material number, plant and vendor combination.

Please suggest how to make this possible because i tried it in the system it is not working.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Please check whether you have valid conditions in your PIR (validity dates from & to )

You can create Purchase Info record in Combination Material + Vendor + Purchase Organization

So whenever the above combination is used in the Purchase order, it will pick the price from PIR master data.

      Hi,

PIR field in the P.O item is just a informative field to show the PIR number available for the material and plant combination (or materialgroup and plant), the ME21N program will not pull the data based on PIR number provided, but rather it defaluts the PIR number (and its information like net price, delivery dates) based on the organizational details/material/vendor given in P.O.

      Regards
