Automatic dispatching in Capacity Requirements Planning

Hello;

Can we make automatic dispatching in capacity requirements planning??

Here is the scenario:

During Capacity leveling, there are some technicians who are overloaded, I need the system to suggest another technicians if they are the with the same qualifications.

Can this scenario be configured in SAP by any means??

You can use transaction CM40 to create a mass processing job for dispatching.

Hi,

In standard R/3, automatic dispatch is not possible. It has to be done manually through CM25.
