FBCJ - Problem with avaiable amount

Hello,

I post a check receipt in FBCJ with the amount €5.000. Now I want to post a cash payment with the amount €1000, however the system shows message "Payment amount is larger than cash on hand. Change the amount".

I already search for SAP notes and run program RFCJ1 but have no positive results...

In debug I see the calculation of delta amount for the avaibility, but the system takes the check value from the amount avaiable.

This is the correct behavior? How can I post the payment?

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards

Thank you all, I solved the problem but I need your help to understand if is the best way to do it. Points will be awarded

The problem is that I post the Check in tab Check Receipts for Check bank account. But i do not posted the Deposit in Cash Receipts.

The solution is reverse the entrie in tab Check Receipts and post the Cash Receipt.

When I have a check I will have to to reverse this entrie? I have other solution to transport the value for the cash on hand?

    • Hi,

indeed incoming check in Cash Journal increases the balance. FBCJ isn't a cash flow. It's a drawer with money. You can do your processing if you want adjust your this funcionality for you.

I say you to pay attention for bounced checks because in bank statement you got incoming and outgoing entries and you must clear them.

So the right way is enter the check by bank outgoing and collect bounced check by bank inocming.

      Best Regards
