webdynpro app deploy error!!!

I deploy the the webdynpro app to the remote server through NDS.

But I meet the following msg:

Settings

SDM host : HQD01

SDM port : 50018

Deployment exception : Server HQD01 did not accept login request as admin on port 50018. Details: ERROR: Could not establish connection to server HQD01 at port 50018: HQD01

Inner exception was :
